Sapere Aude Bequest Society
The Sapere Aude Bequest Society has relaunched its engagement program for members and friends. Our first event on 27 April was a viewing of the newly refurbished Boathouse on the banks of the Yarra River, which drew a large crowd of members and donors.
It was a wonderful way to relaunch our face-to-face gatherings. Everyone was delighted to hear from architect Peter Sandow (OW1966) and Head of Rowing, Matt Ryan and were impressed by the fantastic facilities now available to our rowers.
This was followed by two very well attended tours of Melbourne’s historic RMIT Capitol Theatre led by the Theatre Manager, Darren Brown, followed by high tea at the Royal St. Collins Tea House.
