Wesley College provides safe, convenient and reliable bus services for students travelling to and from the Glen Waverley and St Kilda Road campuses.

This service is offered in partnership with Nuline Charter, a specialist in transport for schools. Families register for the bus service via the RollCall app, which provides live tracking of the bus.

Each year careful consideration is taken to ensure the bus routes best serve our community. The residential locations of our enrolled families, public transportation availability, and morning and afternoon Wesley bus service usage patterns are all taken into account.

Please note, bus routes may be refined based on registration numbers and by actual usage during each term, with afternoon services impacted significantly by student cocurricular activities and commitments over the course of the year.

Registration fee and access fob

A registration fee of $300 per student per year is applied for families to secure unlimited usage of Wesley’s private bus services in 2025. This fee includes one fob per child for the swipe on/swipe off system, which is required to board the buses.

The fob system not only provides transparency of usage, but more importantly, allows for improved child safety. With real-time tracking of every aspect of the bus service system, parents and guardians have the reassurance of the visibility of child movements on buses to and from school.

The school bus service is $300 per year, per student. The cost includes an access fob and unlimited use of the bus service in the morning and/or afternoon.

Once registered, parents can use their real-time RollCall tracking app to see when their child swipes onto the bus, where the bus is travelling and if it has been delayed or if the bus has already passed the stop. A bus hotline is available for parents to call should you need to contact the driver.

Fobs will be provided to each registered student in the first week of the new school year. If your child is registered and waiting for their fob to be delivered, the bus driver will manually tap them on and off the bus.

If you register after the first day of school, please contact Community College to request a fob.

A replacement swipe fob can be purchased for $50.

Students in Junior School can take the bus, but must be accompanied by a sibling from the Middle or Senior School.
