Wesley College is an open-entry, coeducational, day and boarding school. Girls and boys join the College from a diverse range of backgrounds and with a variety of academic and cocurricular interests.
As places at the College are in high demand, we encourage families to apply for enrolment as early as possible and we accept applications from birth.
All applications are assigned to the waitlist based on the date the application is received.
Priority of admission to the College is given to:
- children with siblings already attending Wesley College
- children or grandchildren of Old Collegians
- children of permanent staff members

Vacancies arise from time to time in year levels outside the key intakes listed. We accept applications for all year levels across the College. Please contact the relevant Campus admissions team to discuss waitlist options for your child.
For entry into three- and four-year-old Early Childhood Learning Centre (ECLC) and Prep, please note the following age requirements for entry:
|Three-year-old ECLC||To commence three year old ECLC, children must be three years old by 30 April in their year of commencement. Note: Priority is given to children who turn three years of age by 31st January in their year of commencement.|
|Four-year-old ECLC||To commence four year old ECLC, children must be four years old by 30 April in their year of commencement. Note: Priority is given to children who turn four years of age by 31st January in their year of commencement.|
|Prep||To commence Prep in Term 1, children must turn five by 30 April in their year of entry.|
About domestic applications
A domestic applicant is a child who is an:
- Australian citizen, or
- Australian permanent resident, or
- Australian temporary resident.
