Adelaide football tour

Congratulations to our Wesley Girls Football team, who performed very well on the inaugural Wesley Football Girls Adelaide trip, hosted at Prince Alfred College. The Girls team won both their matches against Seymour College and Pembroke School. Well done to our Wesley Football Boys for their outstanding performance against Immanuel College. The Boys team matched it with Prince Alfred College in a close tussle, with PAC kicking away in the final quarter.

The Wesley Girls Football tour is a great addition to the tradition of our Wesley Football Boys team, which has played against Prince Alfred College for more than 110 years, with matches hosted by each school in alternate years.

The friendships and experience will be fondly remembered by our players. We’d like to thank Prince Alfred College for their warm hospitality and look forward to hosting you in 2020.
