Cross country champions

2015 has proven to be another big year for the Wesley College cross country teams. The girls’ squad (pictured above) have continued to dominate the APS competition, recently recording their fourth consecutive premiership win. Throughout the season the girls consistently had athletes finishing in the top 20 each week; a highlight being the last round where they had eight of the top 12 finishing places.

The boys’ squad have had a great season too, securing equal second place in the APS competition. The boys recorded five wins out of six rounds with a highlight being the final junior/intermediate race where Wesley finished first, second and third.

Congratulations to both squads for their dedication throughout the season. We look forward to the 2016 season with great anticipation.
