Australian Geography Competition

More than sixty Years 7 to 12 Geography students from our St Kilda Road campus tested their geographical skills and knowledge against students from other Australian schools in the recent 2013 Australian Geography Competition. The competition, a joint initiative of the Royal Geographical Society of Queensland and the Australian Geography Teachers' Association, enables Australian secondary school students to assess their geographical knowledge and skills and is open to all students studying Geography or an integrated social science that includes Geography. In 2012 it attracted entries from approximately 80,000 students across Australia.
