COVID-19 has plunged us all into a world dominated by digital engagement. It hasn't been seamless or comfortable for all. Jocelyn Brewer will provide feedback on what you have told us about your experience, provide some practical strategies to assist, and discuss the 'Digital Nutrition' tools for a balanced and healthy cyber relationship.

One registration is needed per screen, not per person. For example, if there are two people watching the session on one iPad, only one registration will be needed. Limited places available.

About Jocelyn Brewer

Jocelyn is a Sydney-based psychologist with 16 years’ experience in public schools as both a teacher and counsellor.

She has been studying the impacts of technology use for a decade and is part of Australia's first formal cyber-psychology research group at the University of Sydney she where is completing Masters research on the relationship between parenting styles and young people's smartphone habits.

Jocelyn created Digital Nutrition™ in 2013 as a positive framework for addressing digital wellbeing issues and preventing technology addictions.

The Monday Series is a forum for all parents at Wesley College, offering information and discussion sessions on topics of current interest. Family members, staff and friends of the Wesley College community are welcome to attend.
