Framing the Future of Wesley, is the College’s planning framework, which sets out our priorities and direction for 2017 – 2030.

This horizon represents one generation of Wesley students from Prep through to Year 12 and outlines how we will prepare our students with the knowledge, capabilities and attributes to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

  • Undertake regular strategic marketing reviews locally, nationally and internationally

  • Build and enhance academic programs and partnerships with a particular focus on science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) and languages provision
  • Develop the next chapter of Year 9 experiential learning at Clunes
Enriching learning through collaboration with partners
  • Develop partnership with industries and organisations relevant to student learning and pathways to high-value mentoring and work experience, including in STEM, the arts, music and sport
Connecting school, family and community
  • Engage alumni, parents, staff, students and other community members through communications and services that are effective, personalised and relevant
Ensuring sustainability in a world of accelerating change
  • Further develop Wesley as an employer of choice in education, providing personalised professional development and a best-practice teaching and learning environment
  • Ensure Wesley’s continued success under prudent financial leadership, operational effectiveness and process efficiencies
  • Develop ‘footprint’ management plans for each Wesley site to promote environmental sustainability
